Shipping, Returns, & FAQ
Shipping: Ready made items will normally ship within 1 business day from day of purchase. Custom made items may take 3-4 weeks or longer, depending on customization and backlog of custom orders. Please read the complete description of the custom item for information on the process.
Customs/Import Fees: The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient’s country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; The Look Factory has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Items returned as refused or non delivered where customs fees have not been paid will be refunded minus the original shipping charge, as the recipient has chosen not to receive the merchandise based on the custom fee.
Returns: Buyers have 14 days from the date of receipt of a non custom made item to return for a refund. Buyers must inform The Look Factory in writing within 5 days of receipt of the item (or the amount of time allowed by law, whichever is greater) of his or her intent to return the item. Custom made items are non refundable, but may be exchanged. Return shipping is borne by the buyer barring a shipping error made by us (e.g., wrong item).
